HCA Industries, Inc. was established in September of 2005. We look at ourselves as a new company, but as you look at our management and staff you quickly see we are not new to the industry. Located in Denton, Texas, centrally located to Dallas and Fort Worth, a quick 30 minute drive from DFW Airport. Housed in a 21,000 sq ft manufacturing facility, HCA has quickly become an industry recognized contract manufacturing and fiber optic solution provider.

Upon inception, HCA has been committed to bring quality products to our customers, produced on time and competitively priced. We manage our labor force by automating the manufacturing process. With this philosophy in place, we maintain deliveries of over 1 million discrete wires, harnesses, fiber optic cables/trunks and box build assemblies each month with a highly trained and educated, but minimal staff. Unlike many of our qualified competitors, we choose not to throw more labor at a project. We prefer to analyze each production run, to see where costs savings can be realized. This not only gives our customers an attractive price point but expeditious delivery. Automation also allows HCA to achieve consistent production results, further enhancing our commitment to quality control.

Quality Control
HCA’s QC Department has extremely high standards. We utilize the latest IPC-A620 standard also the FAR’s specification governed by the FAA. An onsite DAR gives HCA capabilities no other cable house can compare to.
