HCA Industries, Inc. has recently acquired the assets of a machine shop further increasing our capabilities as a contract manufacturer. This acquisition puts us in a position to immediately begin assisting our customers with not only their cable and harness needs (both in copper and fiber), but their precision machined parts as well. The new equipment includes two Leadwell V-30 Vertical Milling Centers (CNC), one Leadwell V-50 Vertical Milling Center (CNC), and one T-7 Lathe/Turning Center (CNC). With experience in almost every millable media (metal and plastic) on the market today, you will find our machinists ready to tackle any project you have to complete. We offer prototyping assistance as well as full production runs, so you can be assured that no job is too big or too small.

HCA has recently acquired equipment to fulfill  obligations for our Telecom clients.  With ever growing market presence in Fiber Optic Assemblies, HCA now offers copper cable assemblies well known for their uses in DSL implementations in the Central Office (CO). These assemblies are typically 25, 50, or 100 pair Telco cables and are manufactured to our clients’ custom requirements. All assemblies are fully tested within the requirements of  our client or industry standards.

HCA is proud to announce the addition of our Fiber Optic production line. With the recent addition of our VP of Operations HCA begun it’s quest to be considered one of the industries premier Fiber Optic Manufacturers. This addition to our outstanding management team has given HCA top tier status in Fiber Optic Assemblies. HCA has quickly begun serving the Telecom Industry with custom patch cables, trunks, rack and cabinet assemblies.
