HCA’s manufacturing team is second to none. We assist our clients in all phases of wire harness assembly, from design, engineering, prototyping, testing and manufacturing. 

Design Engineering – Our experience in wire harness manufacturing gives our clients the knowledge base needed to design a harness that fits their application perfectly.  We assist our clients in their choices of wire type for the environmental conditions the harness will be exposed to, wire gauge to handle the electrical requirements, and connector types.

Prototyping – Bringing the design stage to life, this allows our clients to functionally fit and test the harness for approval to the final assembly.  Changes can be made to further refine the design before going into production of the final assembly.

Testing – Every application we encounter has specific test requirements.  HCA can handle testing requirements from automated continuity tests to HI-POT, sending 1000’s of volts down each individual wire to measure imperfections in the wire and connector.  All of our tests are essential to guarantee the final product meets design expectations.

Manufacturing – With prototyping and testing complete, we are ready to mass-produce. Our team handles high mix-low volume or high volume-low mix projects.  No requirement is too small, or too large.
