Our Design Services works hand in hand with our Engineering team to create the ultimate solution for the application. Our design team see most of our abilities utilized in reverse engineering the clients current product to create wire lists and drawings to create the data necessary to mass manufacture the product. Throughout this process we also work very closely with the client to improve the harness to not only reduce the cost of the final assembly but to improve the functionality of the product. This could be as simple as redesigning wire runs to scaling down the wire gauges requested because the electrical loads of the application are much smaller than what the wire currently can handle.

Our design processes have increased the profit margins on our clients final product significantly by simplifying the assembly reducing the cost of material and labor required to produce the assembly.
